Previously known as the ‘Pink House’, this Redfern home required major renovation to elevate it to a luxury level. Situated on a long, narrow block, the property presented a unique design and construction challenge.
Heuvel Construction executed the renovation in collaboration with Thodey Design as designers, and Kate Lawrence working on interiors. Issues with site access and Council delays disrupted the timeline; however, the entire major renovation was still completed in under 12 months.
Creative and strong collaboration with the client, architect and designer, our 2D as-built AutoCAD drawings and digital management systems made this timeline possible.
The result is a stunning custom home defined by modern design, warm tones, and functional living spaces. The home includes a pool and palm tree in the heart of Sydney city – a rare but beautiful feature for the owners to enjoy.
